Staff: Karina Moreno (She/Her)

Karina Moreno is mission driven and values being of service in the community. Through her experience in the non-profit field, she has witnessed the positive impact of mentoring for youth and families. She believes in empowering people to the best of her abilities by providing intentional support and access to resources.

With a passion for volunteering, she has been a part of various projects in Los Angeles for event coordination, alumni and student engagement, wildfire relief, toy, clothing and meal drives, among others. She is also a youth mentor and enjoys spending time with her mentee outdoors in nature.

Karina is from the San Gabriel Valley and has a Bachelors of Arts in Sociology with a concentration in Work and Society from California State University, Northridge.
