Staff: Diane Roxas (She/Her)

Diane Roxas is a professional mentor who works with children and caregivers to support them in building meaningful relationships within the family and developing connections with the community that can empower them to thrive and promote positive family outcomes.

Diane believes in the importance of unwavering support and positive guidance in creating a nurturing environment where children can freely express themselves, overcome challenges, and realize their potential.

Diane has worked as a paraprofessional and instructional aide in elementary schools, helping children with different individual needs and fostering a safe space where they can thrive academically, manage their emotional needs, and develop positive social interactions. She has 20 years of volunteer experience working with the youth – helping children build confidence, acquire new skills, and navigate conflicts.

Diane holds an Associate’s Degree in Mass Communication from Glendale Community College and a Bachelor’s Degree in Journalism from California State University, Northridge.
