Bryan Guino is the Chief Financial Operating Officer (CFOO) at Friends of the Children – Los Angeles, bringing extensive expertise in nonprofit financial management, strategic planning, and grant administration, with a deep commitment to mission-driven work.

Bryan plays a pivotal role in ensuring the financial health and sustainability of the organization, allowing it to continue transforming the lives of children and families across Los Angeles.

With over 25 years of experience in finance, Bryan has successfully managed multi-million-dollar budgets, secured diverse funding sources, and streamlined financial operations to maximize impact. Prior to joining Friends LA, Bryan served as Chief Financial Officer at another Non-Profit Organization, where they increased organizational revenue by 180%, optimized financial reporting, and ensured compliance with federal, state, and private grants.

A collaborative leader and strategic thinker, Bryan is passionate about using financial stewardship to support programs that create long-term, meaningful change. His expertise in budget forecasting, audit preparation, and operational efficiencies ensures that Friends LA can continue to provide professional mentoring and support to youth in the community.

Bryan earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of the East, Manila, and has completed advanced training in grant management, compliance, and nonprofit financial planning.

Outside of work, Bryan is a dedicated husband and father of two sons. He enjoys playing basketball, traveling with his family, and playing video games with his boys. A strong supporter of discipline and perseverance, he is actively involved in helping his children achieve their goal of earning black belts in Taekwondo.

Bryan brings his leadership, financial expertise, and passion for community impact to Friends LA, ensuring the organization’s continued success in empowering youth and families.
